When you think of Sex, think of happiness. Happy sex is joyous, giving, expressive, radiant, satisfying and vitalizing. Happy sex seeks to illuminate playfulness, innocence and openness. These are the ingredients for deep intimacy and mutually satisfying exchange of ourselves at many levels, including the soul level.

Happy sex is a key ingredient as we move toward integrating Great Sex into our lives.

Sadly. many people I talk with consider sex and sexuality in a bitterly unhappy light. How has this come to be so? What can we do to bring joy and happiness into our sexual experience.

• Read - So many books, stretch your horizon.
• Write - free association, blockages, fantasy, expereince
• Exercise - sexercise, move that pelvis, strengthen the core.
• Dance - Move to the groove and let out the campy vamp.
• Create ceremonies - to honor the special moments.
• Talk about sex - talk about everything, speak the unspeakable.
• Generate happiness - teach yourself to look for and find the happiness in your own sexual situation.
• Perform - costumes, drama, sing and dance. Let it out, let it all out in front of at least one other person. Inhibition is restricting.

Who wouldn't want happy sex. Why would sex ever be anything but happy sex?

Well let's see...what kinds of sex are not happy?

Forced sex: outright rape and any of the grey area between rape and consent. Anytime one person is not consenting, it is forced.

Sex for the sake of keeping the peace. When one (or more) of the parties may not be interested in participating, yet is easier to just have unwanted sex.

Boring sex. We get into a rut and we keep on doing it. We think the other person is interested and really they are just as bored.

Pity sex.

Sex for Money.

Sex for barter.
